Well after another day of falling asleep on the sofa this weekend was looking like a waste of time. But once it got dark I managed to bully myself out of the house with promises of there being noone around. There was but I just ran. 3.5 miles in 34minutes, not fast by most standards but I was working and managed to maintain my pace on the hill back to mine!
More than I've done this weekend. :)
ReplyDeleteI suspect you got out of PJ's earlier than me!
ReplyDeleteI'm following a training schedule (http://www.myasics.nl/uk) for running. I'm on week 3 and i'm still only running for 20mins / 2.5 miles at a time.
ReplyDeleteI'm so unfit that 50ish miles of riding yesterday (easy pace) has left me so tired i've had to drive to work today.
Those training schedules are good but don't suit me, minimum of 4 sessions in a week which I can't fit in!
ReplyDeleteI can't remember the last time I did 50miles, longest ride this year 33miles. Today may be longer!
just under 10min miles, which is pretty respectable for dragging yourself out when you don't wont too. have good ride :)
ReplyDeleteYou should have come up to the Lake with us Trio. Had a great ride.
ReplyDeleteI struggled this weekend too so your not alone. Dragged myself out for a run late Saturday afternoon but just couldn't be bothered getting a bike out at all on Sunday (or getting dressed for that matter either). A trip to the climbing wall stopped completed sofadom.
ReplyDeleteHope you have a motivated Monday!
I paid for it though, couldn't sleep with knee pain. My own fault if I had gone earlier I could hae ran off-road!
