Up early again and did the same route as tuesday, was determined to go faster this time so everytime I noticed it getting a little easier, meaning I had started daydreaming, I made myself push a bit harder. Was back about a minute faster.

ReplyDeleteNo, if I decide to do it I'm sure I won't be able to keep it as a secret! But I'll need a cross bike before that happens. I keep meaning to do more running as it gets me fit very quickly, hoping that getting going over the winter will mean when I am pushing my bike in summer muddy races not everyone just walks past me!
