A longer run

I couldn't decide what to do today so Ali invited me to go on her long run with her and her friend Louise. Nice run, all on road nearly so a little different for me. But doesn't time fly when you are chatting?

    Yes, you are meant to train at a rate you can chat most of the time!

    You can run and chat at that pace? Wow. I can't even mutter a word when I'm running as slow as a snail.

    I don't think many people would call that fast. But I am pleased with my running, I am seeing improvements, so hopefully I'll keep it up over the winter!

    I think thats fast over 6 miles. I would love to be able to 'amble' along at that pace chatting away.
