I'm getting the train to work this week as I'm being "sensible" and resting my legs. But it can be a bit annoying if I get an early train to Bolton and have to wait ages for the train up to my house. Today there was also a track session with work, it would be a bit of a walk from the velodrome to the station. So I borrowed a bike from work. It's ideal for the job and pink, I was a very happy trio. I rode over to Victoria from the velodrome and got the direct train home, I would have been a lot later without the brompton!
Now that's some good thinking on the fly! Cool beans,Tri-for getting a ride in,and working it all out =D

ReplyDeleteQuite fancy a folder but I always end up spending the tokens on bikes with proper sized wheels instead :-)

ReplyDeleteglad to see your blog is open again. did you enjoy riding the brompton? i love riding, not the fastest of machines but nice for the security (take it with me inside at most places). how slow did it feel compared to a normal sized bike?

Loved it for the short hop to the train station. But wouldn't want to ride far on one. Definetly slower and harder work. Would love to add one to my collection though!
