One thing that strikes ...Well done to you and Ali!<br /><br />One thing that strikes me looking at your graph is that your pulse rate wasn't high to start with which makes me think that you weren't warmed up properly. It took a minute or so to get up to the 175 bpm. I think you should have been at the start line at 150 bpm or so having done a good 10 mile warm-up just before (or a good blast on a turbo trainer).
