I keep telling myself it's good training to fight the wind all the time! I just don't know why it isn't at my back as often as I'm riding into it... I would definitely need a nap after what you've done combining biking and a run! Amazing!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7430458523940018010.post-49422755072289694292008-11-11T16:36:00.000+00:002008-11-11T16:36:00.000+00:00I find it doesn't work with running either. Slow running just becomes slow painful walking eventually.Julbagshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03169875926076765885noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7430458523940018010.post-6044097643409222772008-11-11T15:45:00.000+00:002008-11-11T15:45:00.000+00:00Your nuts Trio!!I hope your legs feel better tomor...Your nuts Trio!!

I hope your legs feel better tomorrow!Red Bikehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10286933264663629749noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7430458523940018010.post-39390079520706173302008-11-11T15:15:00.000+00:002008-11-11T15:15:00.000+00:00Yes but I'm sure it'll get me fit! I find that in events that are hard - such as transwales or a long mtb marathon - however tired or sore I get I can continue riding as my legs just know how to pedal, it doesn't seem to work with running though.triohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10136331702567336557noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7430458523940018010.post-15305849862369440422008-11-11T14:34:00.000+00:002008-11-11T14:34:00.000+00:00Running after cycling is weird, I don't find it an...Running after cycling is weird, I don't find it anywhere near as difficult cycling after running though. Probably because my muscles are a lot more conditioned to cycling, that is their default setting.Julbagshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03169875926076765885noreply@blogger.com
